At Curifyme, we are committed to delivering reliable healthcare services and products. Our refund and return policies are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and customer satisfaction across all offerings.
This policy explains how Curifyme handles returns, refunds, and cancellations. It works together with our Terms and Conditions
Applicability
By using our website or purchasing products/services via website or call or whatsapp, you agree to follow this policy. If you don’t agree, please do not make purchases on the website. We may update this policy from time to time. Please check it regularly to stay informed. User cannot return non-refundable Product; it is User’s responsibility to check whether the Product falls under returnable/non-returnable category before placing an order.
1. General Products (Medicines, Wellness Items)
Eligible for return if damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Customer will check and verify the contents at the time of delivery itself. No returns will be entertained once order is accepted. Refunds processed within 7–10 business days if contents are not the same as ordered. Orders can be cancelled before they are confirmed. Prepaid orders cancelled before confirmation will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
2. Nurse on Demand Services
Cancellations:
Cancellation is allowed only till the time before the Nurse has left for your location.
Refunds:
Full refund if the nurse fails to arrive or service is not delivered. No refund once the service has been successfully provided.
Rescheduling:
Allowed once per booking, only upon the request of the customer and subject to nurse availability.
3. Medical Devices
Return Eligibility:
Devices can be returned if defective, damaged, or incorrect. Must be unused, in original packaging, with all manuals and accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
Devices that have been used, installed, or tampered with. Items with hygiene concerns (e.g., thermometers, nebulizers) unless defective.
Warranty Claims:
For devices under manufacturer warranty, customers must contact the manufacturer’s service center directly.
Refunds:
Processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
4. Lab Tests
Cancellations:
Free cancellation if collection agent has not left for your location or before.
Refunds:
Full refund if the lab test is cancelled by Curifyme or the partner lab. No refund once the sample has been collected. If collection agent has left for the collection, collection charges as incurred during booking will not be refunded or Rs 50 whichever is higher.
Report Delivery:
If the time limit within which a report has to be provided to the patient is breached by 48 hours and no proper justification has been provided a full refund will be provided.
Accuracy Concerns:
Accuracy concerns can only be disputed with the partner labs and not Curifyme Customer Support
